We guarantee all our products to be as described. We ship no inferior variations.

We also guarantee that your shopping experience will be a secure and enjoyable one. If your shopping experience is substandard in any way, please contact us through any of the contact forms in this website or web store.

Shipping Policy
All of our products are shipped within 1-2 business days. Should a product be out of stock, we'll notify you of the delay immediately. If that happens (not likely), we will ask if you prefer to cancel your order.

Our store allows automatic processing for all addresses in the continental United States of America. For other locations, please contact Eagle Wood Farms to discuss shipping requirements.

Our shipping rates are determined by the total weight of your order and the postal zip code to where your order is being shipped.

Our preferred shipping methods are UPS Ground, UPS Standard 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air Saver We add a packaging fee to cover the cost of high impact cardboard boxes, high density polystyrene insulation, and sub-zero gel packs. At times, because of specific zip codes, we may substitute another shipping company which has better service for that area.

Our products are fresh frozen and vacuum sealed in plastic. However, our products are perishable. We pack ample refrigerant to maintain the product for the two day shipping period. We recommend that someone be available to receive the delivery. If you are sending a gift, please notify the recipient when to expect the delivery. If no one is available, and the package is left unattended for an extended period (especially in hot climates), we cannot guarantee that the product will remain viable.

Upon receipt, we recommend that you unpack the contents and store them in the refrigerator and/or freezer, as appropriate, to maintain optimum freshness. The shipping containers may not be suitable for storing your product after receipt.
